Matre mums & bubs sangha
Becoming a mother doesn't end at birth. In many ways, that's where it begins. Your body is healing, your identity is shifting, and your days are full of someone else's needs.
Our postnatal sangha is a four-week series to help you come back to yourself - held at the same studio, with the same small circle and the same pot of tea. Only this time your baby comes too!
Nobody rushes off. That's the point!
Class details: 75 minutes (45 minutes movement + 30 minutes tea circle) · 4 mums and babies (from 6 weeks to pre-crawling)
Time: 10:15AM (register interest for an earlier slot)
Next intake: starts on Friday 13 November
Who it's for: Mums from 6 weeks after birth, once you've had your postnatal check and been cleared for gentle exercise. After a caesarean, please wait until your care provider gives you the go-ahead. No yoga experience needed.
Come as you are - tired, leaky, still healing, unsure. That's exactly who this is for.
Mums and bubs: the Pancha Vayus
