• Health information: relevant conditions you share on the intake and health screening form.

• Booking and payment records.
Health information is sensitive information and is treated with extra care.

• To run your classes safely and adapt the practice to your needs.
• To contact you about bookings, schedules, and your series.
• To respond appropriately in a medical or emergency situation.
• To meet insurance and duty-of-care obligations.
We only collect what we need to care for you well. -
• Your information is stored securely and access is limited to the teacher.
• Digital records are kept in secure, password-protected systems.
• Paper forms (if any) are kept in a secure location.
