Health information is sensitive information and is treated with extra care.

• To contact you about bookings, schedules, and your series.
• To respond appropriately in a medical or emergency situation.

We only collect what we need to care for you well. -

• Digital records are kept in secure, password-protected systems.
• Paper forms (if any) are kept in a secure location.
